Integrated Fat Loss and Body Contouring

I am a mom of 3, new twin girls and a 3 year old. I was run down and unhappy with myself. I found integrated fat loss and I just completed the 6 week intensive program. I lost 20.8 Ibs and 19.5 inches!!! The meals were delicious and very easy to follow! They give you the grocery list with recipes so you just have to follow it and you will get results! Nina is an excellent coach and cheerleader!! So excited to continue my lifestyle change now that I got the jump start I needed! Highly recommend this program!!

I tried this program about a month ago I got one session out of 12 remaining I’ve lost a total of 6 inches in about 10 pounds so far. I’m a full-time bus driver I really don’t have any time to work out with raising a three-year-old as well trying to find time is very difficult I was skeptical about the program because I didn’t know too much about it however the two ladies that I’ve been working with Nina and Amanda have been extremely easy to work with very professional always has a smile and very knowledgeable about the equipment that is used I would highly recommend it if you’re trying to get healthy on a very tight schedule I do plan to go back for another round later in the year but I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for those two young ladies if I could give 10 stars I would’ve. My daily routine was to get up make my lunch vegetables some protein I cut out carbs sweets and alcohol and it has paid its dividends don’t be shy to give this program a try you’ll be surprised with the outcome

My first visit was today and I loved. Nina took my measurements before the Treatment and also afterwards. I lost 3.5 inches total! I also have to eat healthier and also exercise. All of that will ensure my progress to the weight I want to be! I am excited! Ginny H

Exercise and healthy eating has always been a big part of my life. However, I've always wanted to try laser/body contouring to get the extra results. It's wonderful! So far I've had very positive results and am even seeing a reduction in my overall inches/measurements just after a few treatments. And, of course the team of women I've dealt with here are amazing!

I lost 20.2 inches and 15 pounds in six weeks/12 sessions using Contour Light and watching what I ate. I did not exercise. It was very relaxing and they were always on time. Sounds like a great way to tone up to me ;)
