Ovid Community Health

This is the worst health care experience i have had in my entire life. I have yet to receive results or follow up from labs in over 3 weeks. I have called numerous times and spoken to representatives and they all say the same thing. They'll reach out to nursing service. They'll call the supervisor to expedite. Nothing has happened. No one has returned my calls or given me my results. But you did get paid from insurance. I have been ill and missed work and you have been sitting on my labs for 3 weeks. Rest assured after this experience i will be seeking a new and competent and professional provider. You are the worst.

The staff in Ovid were amazing. Super kind and patient. They didn't rush, they conducted themselves in a professional and started up conversations. The provider was a savior. She listened she didn't rush and explained everything. It's a smaller facility so that was a huge plus

I feel she doesn't care about her patients.

I recently had two molars pulled by Dr. Felix on two separate appointments and I can promise you he is a amazing Dentist. He is very compassionate and made both experiences very comfortable. He even called me to see how I was feeling. Thank you so much!
