Dr Rosenberg was exceptional. He was attentive, listened to your concerns. The office was great and my first time seeing an ophthalmologist at sight md that was actually on time. What a great experience. Looking forward to future appointments with Dr Rosenberg!

I absolutely loved Dr. Berstein and when he retired I was sad (for me, not him). However, Dr. Rosenberg has become a trusted provider. The whole team is great. They are very professional and personable, which is what I came to expect from my years under Dr. Berstein’s care. I highly recommend this practice.

Worst office experience EVER. Went for a simple eye exam to get a prescription. I go in & the tech doing my exam tells me im seeing 20/20 through my current prescription. The logical thing to do would be to keep the prescription & just write it so i can get new glasses. That’s not what he did, he made it stronger. I go, spend $500 on glasses & i cannot see out of them. I give a week and my head hurts so i go back into the office. I express my concerns and ask to have it adjusted so that i can see. I ask if the doctor can do the exam because maybe it will be more accurate. His exact words are “ i dont do that”. Very confused, personally if it were my name on a prescription or anything for that matter i would make ABSOLUTELY sure it was done correctly. So the tech does the exam again and tells me he will just write my current prescription. I’m happy with that, i go back to lenscrafters & they happily take the prescription and send off for new lenses. I go today to pick them up, low & behold the prescription is not the same as my current prescription. Just completely incompetent people honestly. I tried to make an appointment for another issue but it had to be done at a different location & the front desk employee couldn’t even handle that. So so ridiculous and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the frustration. This was dr.rosenberg btw.

Wait time was much better this time and I love how kind and informative the DO doctors are! The PRK surgery didn’t 100% fix my eyesight right away but Dr. Rosenberg said I will not walk away with less than perfect vision :) He put me on these eyedrops to prevent me from having to go under the laser again which seem to be working! I just feel I shouldn’t have to pay for them since I paid thousands of dollars for the surgery but the ladies at the front were kind to give me a sample box.
