Glassman Plastic Surgery

Glassman Plastic Surgery was a very pleasurable experience. The results were amazing. Everyone in the office is great from the Surgical Nurse to the Head Nurse to the Anesthesiologist. They really treat you like family and answer all your questions and make you feel very comfortable. I can’t recommend Dr. Glassman enough. His work is truly amazing.

My experience with Glassman Plastic Surgery was excellent in all but the most important aspect: I am not completely satisfied with the result of my surgery. Dr. Glassman is very nice. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. His staff are all wonderful - professional, friendly, courteous, everything you'd hope for and expect. Their offices and the facility are well appointed and comfortable. My surgery and recovery all went smoothly. Unfortunately, I'm still not really pleased with my end result. I had two procedures: a lower blepharoplasty and a rhinoplasty. The lower blepharoplasty was to remove under eye bags. The results are okay, certainly better than pre-surgery, but my eyes are noticeably asymmetrical in both appearance and scarring. The rhinoplasty was supposed to straighten my nose and smooth out a bump. Dr. Glassman smoothed out the bump beautifully. That's the only aspect of the two procedures with which I'm completely satisfied. My nose does not look any straighter post surgery. That's my opinion, anyway, and I compared the before and after pictures. The aspect of all this I have the most trouble with is the fact that I raised my concerns regarding the asymmetry early on. I questioned it at every follow up appointment and I received a different explanation each time. A supporting stitch is still in there Then, that stitch has only just started to dissolve. There's still some residual swelling. Oh, that's a fat pocket and it moves. It's not pronounced enough for most people to undergo revision surgery. I'm happier with my post surgery appearance, but I had hoped for a result on my eyes that was smoother and a bit more youthful looking, but certainly symmetrical. I also feel like he only did half the job on my nose.

Dr. Glassman did work on my nose after I had Mohs surgery. Very kind and he did such a great job.

He's a great and very efficient doctor! He also takes his time in speaking with you and doesn't rush.
