I went for my first appointment today (2/3/25). The front desk staff members were friendly and Dr. Dolgin was superb. I'd definitely recommend this practice and will be returning.

I went to the office to strengthen my hair growth and was prescribed minoxidil. Was never told of the “shedding “ process. My hair literally falling out in clumps. I felt rushed as a new patient. I do not recommend

I referred my husband to this office. When I called to make his appointment, I explained that I had previously been a patient. At the time I was a patient, I did not have insurance and I was told the first visit would be $150 and any follow ups would be $100. I visited the office once and was charged $150, as stated. When I called to make my husband’s appointment, I asked if this was still the case. I explained that we now have insurance and I specifically asked how much the visit would cost. I was told without insurance the visit was $150, but with insurance it would be less. I provided my insurance information, which they verified they accepted, and they said it would be less but they could not provide me with the exact amount. My husband went in for a full body exam at the end of January. His visit lasted about 5 minutes. He did not receive a full exam. The doctor just had him remove his shirt. That was frustrating enough, but the kicker is that we have since received a bill for significantly more than $150. I followed up with the office multiple times and I was told that “sometimes it costs more if you go through your insurance.” This is absolutely absurd. I have requested that my bill be revised to no more than $150 and the only option I have been offered is a payment plan. I can afford to pay my bill. That is not the issue. I made the appointment based on information this office provided. I would not have made the appointment if I knew what I was actually going to be charged. I am hoping this review gets seen by one of the doctors at this practice. I would love to get this resolved. I am very unhappy. Please call to resolve. Thank you.

I had the worst experience. I went in for consult with Dr. Tutrone regarding a procedure to remove a growth. He was limited with what he could do and I asked a simple question if he knew of any surgeons who could perform what I was requesting. His arrogant response to me was “you need to go to that surgeon”. I was shocked at first and asked him what kind of response was that?! He was taken back by my anger and I wasn’t satisfied with him walking back his arrogant comment back to me. I stormed out, requested that my deductible be refunded and will NEVER EVER step foot in that office! Learn some customer service skills!!!!

Love Dr. Korzenko! He's smart, personable and I feel comfortable with him. He is a true professional. My family and I have been going here for years. He finds issues and fixes them and gives good news check ups too! Always a good visit.
