I had an office visit with Dr Galloway today in the Port Jeff True North office. The waiting room is clean and very very spacious (seating for 700, I think!). The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr Galloway was knowledgeable and very thorough. I did not feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions, suggest several treatment options for my condition(s), and set a clear course of action. I was impressed with Dr Galloway’s expertise.and communication.

Dr spinner is 1 of a kind! He makes you as comfortable as poss, he LISTENS not only sympathetic but empathetic as well.. my migraines have been debilitating that I didn't want to leave my house knowing 1 is gonna come on,, finally 1st time in 2 yrs in getting my life back, slowly but I owe it ALL to Dr spinner!!!! Office is great, kind doesn't get any better....

True North Neurology is a phenomenal practice. All staff are professional and have an excellent bedside manner. I have seen Dr. Galloway, Dr. Bondoc, and Dr. spinner. All are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand and help me treat my migraines. I highly recommend this practice and all three doctors.
