Schweiger Dermatology Group - Port Jervis

Had a great experience with the Doctors and the Port Jervis office. My Uncle received great care. But I can not leave this issue unnoticed. I do have to say the call center for the practice was very bizarre. When I complained to the receptionist at the front desk she explained they have had a lot of complaints about the call center and they personally have had issues. It was so frustrating that it makes me not want to call and even use the practice. The call center would not put me thru to the local office because 1 I was not a patient, 2 although I was calling to leave information for My Uncle and my name was not on his contacts, they wouldnt put me through. Then when I asked to speak to his supervisor he adamantly need to know why, when I told him to make a complaint about him. He said that was not a valid reason. So then I tried to leave my number so the office would call me back, he wouldn't even allow me to do that because I wasn't a patient. Very bizarre and unprofessional. Please change your call center or just let that sweet receptionist in your local office answer the phones herself. I will add another review with a 5 because of the practice but I am hoping someone reads this and takes action.

Such a great office! From the check in process to the exit I am greeted by friendly and super sweet staff! The exam for my most recent visit was super quick and convenient, I also love how the dr answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable with her and my concerns.

Dr. Harlee Fried and her staff at Schweiger Dermatology Group is fabulous! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, listens to you, and cares about your health and well-being! Dr. Fried has a great sense of humor too, and makes you feel very comfortable! My husband and I love her...and you will too!!!

Nothing worse than feeling ignored by your own doctor. Rachel Feist had a strong start till you start to see past her facade. I have HS which requires me to show parts of my body I'm uncomfortable with. I requested the same people be in the room for every visit. My simple request was ignored. I expressed my frustration on my 3rd visit, just to return to the same issue on the next. All I got in return was an attitude and extra wait times. Never met a doctor with such poor listening skills. All knowledge no wisdom. I guess all you need it a pretty face for good reviews.

Rachel Feist is in a class of her own. Within minutes she had a comprehensive solution to my dilemma(s) to help me combat a psoriasis flare up before it became unsightly. She also understands that in this day and age where looks matter way too much that I was getting self conscious about the inevitable signs of aging. My prescriptions were delivered by a top notch pharmacy out of Manhattan within 48 hours of my appointment. When I told her I was struggling financially she gave me a bunch of samples and put my anxiety about my appearance to rest. If you just want medicine go anywhere.
