Purchased 5 sessions of V-beam treatment for my Rosacea type 1 over the span of 5 months. It did make a difference for me and I would encourage anybody else suffering from Rosacea to pursue this treatment. Very friendly and accommodating staff and doctor. Will definitely be back in the future for more sessions.

I been going to this and flushing office, always seen Stacy the PA, wonderful and very knowledgeable PA, the stuff front desk also wonderful, Carmen one of the assistant in Elmhurst office is very polite, kind and helpful person, she knows the procedures and she know what she taking about, I appreciate her very much to take the time and explain any question you have.

The team is great, everyone is super friendly, and Dr. Samantha is a sweetheart, very attentive to your concerns and questions. Everything is very clean; I love hygiene in a medical office, it's very important to me. I will definitely return and I recommend you visit them and treat them well; I know you will like it! 👍

I am a regular customer for facial treatments at Metro. The place is clean and staff is friendly and professional. I am stick to monthly routine of hydro facial+ Hollywood peel and I am absolutely happy with the results. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands with Carmen. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and left my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. My esthetician Carmen took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended the suitable treatments for my needs. Throughout the process, she explained each step and made sure I was comfortable. She is the reason why I keep going back as well as Dr. Stacy Li. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, and I felt confident in their care. The only thing I want to “complain about” is that it seems the place is lack of hands. Carmen sometimes had to step out to take care of other customers during the treatment. Otherwise overall experience is great.

All the staff is very respectful Nice and Everytime a needed help they always was there to help.. thank you for being a great team ooo and Dr Samantha is the Best !!! All the young group that helps my son too am very happy.
