Very unorganized office! Waste of time trying to schedule a appointment with them. (TWICE)I received a call of confirmation of received forms to schedule an appointment for a new pt. Then when I call to set it up appointment it's nowhere to be found. AFTER I FAXED MY PRIVATE INFO! VIOLATED HIPPA. Staff workers very lazy to just check their other location in ronkokoma to verify if forms were there. Unprofessional business! Staff are there just for they're pay check.

Excellent team on board. Of course Dr. Silverstein is the best. He treated me so well. It was my first procedure in my life and he made so comfortable.

Zero stars! Not only are they terrible dermatologists... their office staff is worse. I had an issue with coordination of benefits and a claim was initially denied then cleared for resubmission. I received a very nasty voice-mail stating because an appeal was a lengthy process it was my responsibility. My appointment was cancelled and I was told I would not be seen until the issue was cleared up and payment was received. Thanks but no thanks... I'm finding another office and making a complaint to the insurance company. Disgusting!

I almost didn't go here because of the 1 star reviews. My experience here was absolutely perfect though. All of the staff, lovely. Dr Silverstein, kind, caring, knowledgeable. I was in and out for an early morning appointment, and will go back next year without hesitation.
