They had a medical student in the room, but didn't ask if it was okay, surrounded my child with a group of people in a high stress situation. Clearly these people don't deal with children and it shows. There was zero communication regarding anything involving aftercare or what the next step is about my child. The worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. Do not come here for children.

Got an appointment. Doctor was nice. Check in was on a pad and easy. Easy parking.

Good luck trying to get an appointment. First they told me the Dr I chose wasn’t seeing patients anymore. They would not suggest a different Dr. The next Dr I tried (A.M.) asked me for photos and then totally ghosted me. No follow up. No appointment. I have skin cancer and now I need to find a non URMC dermatologist for exams. Not my best Customer Experience. And wow, they are expensive even with MVP Platinum insurance

I wish I had read these reviews before today. I’ve been trying for two months to get an appointment. I’ve had issues with the phone disconnecting multiple times. Also no one EVER returns calls when they say a scheduler will get back to you. Finally an operator put a message through to the scheduling office who messaged me on MyChart but, despite the urgency of my medical issue and the two month ordeal I’ve experienced trying to get an appointment, she offered no apology and couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do anything to try to get me in sooner than December (another 4 months away). Ridiculous! A total waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience.

I tried scheduling an appointment for my daughter almost every day for a month. They have some sort of answering service in place that can’t access the schedule, so they always say that someone has to call me back. We Finally got in touch and while scheduling an appointment I got hung up on. I called back and was told that it was not an in person like I was originally told, I accepted and was told the appointment was gone and it would be another month and a half before she could be seen. Doctors should be informed that this place is so busy that they can’t see urgent referral patients for almost 2 months... terrible waste of time.
