OCLI Vision Rockville Centre

I'm a patient at the Rockville Ctr office, the doctors are fantastic. However patient follow up is awful. I had a eye infection and needed my script renewed. Called left message was told someone would respond within 24 hours. Tried again 5 hours later and finally spoke to someone, she confirmed someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Called again 26 hours later (don't want to be annoying!!!) and told the script was called into a compounding pharmacy at 2PM the PREVIOUS day. Nobody called, lost a whole day of treatment. Really inexcusable.

The sign in was done in line or four weeks ago. When I arrived the young ladies at the counter were very welcoming. My wait time was short. That was good and I saw the prep team for the doctor. They were very nice and friendly. The wait time to see the doctor was not long. My visit was very good.

It was my first time at this office. I had the best experience I could. Britney was such a great assistance to Dr. Wong. We tried so hard to do my test and wasn’t able to take the test because the computer was down two times she tried two different computers she was such a delight to be with, I can’t wait to go back again to take the test. Everybody in the office was polite and things went really quick. Dr. Wong was awesome also

I am a new patient here, and I need cataract surgery. My former dr doesn’t do the surgery anymore. I had accompanied my friend to Dr Coronia for her surgery & was impressed. I decided to use this practice for my surgery. I was actually terrified since at 73 years old I’ve thankfully never had surgery. Dr Coronia is absolutely amazing. Explained every single detail, without frightening me. I felt very safe & comfortable in his professional care. Even though I asked 50 questions, he answered each one patiently & enpathetically, without making me feel weird for asking. Anyway, I never leave reviews but for Dr Ronald Coronia, I felt it was deserving! I also need to mention his technician, Patrick! He was so professional & thorough, I thought he was the dr! Thank you

Dr. Peter Wong and his staff are wonderful. They pay very close attention to each patient. They answer each question and they have great bedside manners.
