I had an awesome experience at Boost! Lauren was incredibly personable and hospitable. She introduced me to red light therapy and cryotherapy, explaining everything thoroughly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. She was super sweet and knowledgeable. The facility was also clean and spotless, which made the experience even better. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to try other services they offer, like the sauna and compression. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time at Boost and I will definitely be back! This place was so clean and I feel more energy already after my one red light therapy session. The girls up front, Kate and Sarah, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!

Staff is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable ! Did cryotherapy was an awesome experience they have headphones which is an awesome feature because it helps you forget that you’re standing in -150 degrees ! Felt great afterwards ! Dana
