Skinfocused Dermatology

I saw Dr. Green. My appointment was 90 seconds long, with no exaggeration. I have never felt so rushed in my life. The doctor was talking so fast I couldn’t even understand her. I tried to ask a question, but she talked right over me, and seemed irritated that I was trying to get a word in edgewise. She looked at my skin for maybe three seconds, told me she was calling in a prescription, and then said have a nice day and left the room. I hadn’t even taken my coat off and the appointment was over. The worst “appointment” I’ve ever had with anyone, in my entire life.

Front staff VERY rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to explain information and provide correct information. I also waited longer to see the doctor than I was even in the room with her. Saw doctor for not even 5 minutes, she was in such a rush and seemed bothered by any questions being asked.

Dr. Levine was highly recommended on several local Facebook groups, and I now see why. She was patient, thorough, completely supported my decision-making and timetable, knowledgeable, and had a generally terrific bedside manner. Her staff assistants were also kind and caring. Office was sunny and spotless. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit.

I wanted to make some slight improvements to my face. Maybe a little filler or Botox. Get rid of some dark spots on my face. Not sure what the doctor talked me into, but my appointment was a big waste of time and money. I didn’t notice any improvement in my appearance. I was surprised no one from the office ever followed up with me to see how I was doing or to even schedule a second visit, which wouldn’t have happened anyway. I believe there are much better practices out there.

Dr. Levine was kind and professional. She explained everything well, she gave me her opinion regarding the outcome I was looking for and provided extra reading material so I could make my own decision. Everyone in the practice was very pleasant. I only had a consultation so I can’t give any other opinion regarding procedures at this moment.
