I really love this spa and I enjoy coming here. You feel special as soon as you walk in the door. They are very friendly and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. My facial was absolutely wonderful…Madison explained every step as well as what she was applying…what was in it and what it did for your skin and every bit of it felt terrific and I felt so pampered. A first class experience and I will be going back!

I have been fortunate enough to have services from every provider at the Spa. I feel like family when I step in the door. Each and every one of them created an amazing experience. Sometimes I can’t decide between a massage and a facial because I feel so equally relaxed after both. They truly have facial techniques like no other. Their products, especially the new Nelly Devout skin line, has left my face with a glow that I have never had before. I can’t say enough about how much I love Spa Cascada!

There are no better Massage Therapists in the business. Kylie and Hayden are the ultimate relaxation dream-team! The whole staff is great; a relaxing vibe the minute you setup into your spa sandals. ❤️

TL; DR Do not book this spa. I wanted to support this business and bought a gift certificate as a gift last year. Spa Cascada only has one massage therapist and they do not have a set schedule. Multiple reschedules based on availability later, a massage was booked in October for January. The spa just called and needed to reschedule, again, with the only availability for a Tuesday in February and it wouldn’t be for the full gift certificate amount. They are deceitful about their offering and not worth the energy to coordinate. There’s a concerning lack of customer service. Suggest you work with a more reputable spa around Saratoga instead.
