Wow. Just Wow. The most rude receptionist ever. If you don’t want to work, get another job. My husband loves it here, not sure why. I had a spot on my hand and wanted Botox for my jaw and forehead. Need two more appointments for that. Should not advertise Botox on website if “only certain” patients are eligible. All could be ignored but the waiting room with ripped chairs and the most rude receptionist I’ve ever encountered are a big NO for me. Why is this man even an employee? He hates people! I won’t be going back and I will encourage my husband to go elsewhere.

Emily at Wolff Dermatology was really great to work with. She listened, gave a step by step plan and really seemed to care about me and my concerns. She took extra time to listen and made me feel like I was heard and my questions were important to her. The assistant helping her was great too! I'm so glad to have been able to work with this team.

I cannot say anything about Dr. Wolff as I never got to meet her. As a new patient, her front desk person was not welcoming at all and his replies were condescending. I was brought into the exam room 10 minutes after my appointment time, which I understand and have come to expect. My problem is that when the assistant left, she said, "I'll be right back with the Doctor." 30 minutes after I entered the exam room I still had not seen anyone, not even to apologize and let me know that the Dr. was running VERY behind schedule. If someone had, I would have waited or told them that I couldn't wait anymore. As patients, we are asked to have patience, understanding and to be kind. I agree, but the Doctors should also respect us and our time.

Holy rude receptionist. Cut me off mid-sentence multiple times, incredibly sassy. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Wolff but the phone interaction alone was enough to make me question if I actually want to financially support the practice. Disappointing...is that what you want to deal with every time you interact with the business? Sorry for trying to make an appointment, I didn't realize I was interrupting your Mean Girls audition.

Like for real, what is going on that this practice has the most rude man for a receptionist ever?? Everybody knows the guy is off-putting and unfriendly, why would they keep him unless he was some family relation or something?! Something has to change here. It's not worth going back if you're going to be abused, and anxious every time.
