Ella Glaser MD is simply the best at Dermatology! Her skill set, passion, and determination to help people along with her personable demeanor will make you feel valued! After being misdiagnosed elsewhere I went to see Dr. Glaser. She was spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. I no longer have the issue thanks to Dr. Glaser!

I am a new patient of Dr. Mack’s at her Westchester location and it has been a pleasure dealing with her practice. The office staff is professional and easy to work with, and Dr. Mack herself is everything you’d hope for in a doctor: knowledgeable, informative, personable, and honest. And she runs on time! (Too many doctors keep you waiting in their waiting rooms.). Her office is clean, the pharmacy service she recommended - which I was a little skeptical about at first - filled my Rx quickly, delivered it, and dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. Dr. Mack’s practice is a gem. Highly recommend.

We went to see Dr Mack and expected any better/alternative suggestion after my son was with another dermatologist for a while. During our visit, Dr Mack said she agreed all the medicines the previous Dr prescribed. She said she will send all the prescriptions to Pharmacy. Since we still have the same medicines the previous Dr prescribed, so we told her we may want to wait until my son finished his medicines before picking up medicines from the pharmacy. Several months(still less than 6 months, normally these kind of prescription should be valid for one year) , We called pharmacy and found Dr Mack only prescribed two instead of three medicines. I called the office to ask them to fix that mistake and add that missing one back. The officer manager rejected the request and asked to visit office again. I told her it obvious some mistake of prescription. They missed one and they need to fix that mistake. The office manager-Jennifer is rude and bossy. She loudly threated me to cut off the line. Actually Dr Mack is OK, but the kind lack of responsibility to admit and fix their previous mistake, the rude and bossy attitude from office manager makes this whole experience horrible. We made office visit and did not get no useful suggestion and no medication so far. Then they refused to fix the mistake and asked us pay and visit again? # updated response of your excuse regarding to follow-up visit. Dr Mack did not prescribe any new medicine. She just copied the same medicines previous Dr prescribed, We already know what the results will be with the same old medicines. What is the logic here to request a 4-6 weeks follow-up by just simply copying old medicines? Only because of your routine and then want the every patients visit twice? Please STOP using the follow-up as an excuse. You made mistake first, then it is your responsibility to fix your first mistake even before talking about follow-up. These two are separate things. You don't need to mix them together. By the way, your clinic even did not provide any other sample you claimed which is another logistic mistake of your office. "rude and bossy" is not referred to the policy. It is "rude and bossy" attitude and tone how you talk to the customer over phone. We think you may be not familiar with the details of the case, then we requested to talk over the phone with Dr directly to clarify, You simply rejected that request. It is arrogant to intentionally ignore the mistake and then use excuse to cover up.

My new favorite Dermatologist. I would highly recommend GlamDerm. I know they do a lot of cosmetic and regular skin stuff. But for me it was psoriasis that I have had for 20 years that other doctors just kept guessing for the right treatment. But She figured out what the best treatment actually was. I have been 100% itch free and psoriasis free since going to her. And that was actually only one visit. Great friendly staff as well. I highly recommend

Dr Mack is an incredible dermatologist. She is board certified. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I have been more than thrilled with her work and expertise. Her and her staff have been the best I’ve seen so far, highly recommend!
