Pegah assisted me throughout the whole process. I had a few questions since I’m normally a wax girl, and she was so patient. And informed. Being a black woman, I know that all lasers aren’t created equal, and she was very reassuring. She walked me through each step, checking in at each point, answered the other 100 questions that came up during the process, and assisted with booking. And she was so personable that it felt I was speaking with my best friend. This experience has been nothing short of amazing so far, and I haven’t even had my appointment yet. 10/10 service. HIGHLY recommend!

LaserAway staff at the Scarsdale location are incredible. The ladies at the front desk have a warm greeting as soon as you come in the door. Today was my second treatment and I had nurse Alexa both times and she is so nice and professional and is always very caring when it comes to making sure my experience is well and answers all my questions and concerns every time. This is a great location with great staff and I look forward to coming to do my laser treatment everytime.

Very happy with my results. The nurse who I have been assigned with every time I come and do my treatment is always kind, caring and attentive. She always makes sure I feel comfortable and safe. The staff is very friendly as soon as you walk in they greet you. I also like the fact that they know my name when I walk in lol. It’s the attention and the details that keeps me coming back. Recommend this place 100% for sure.
