Bassett Health Center Sharon Springs

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. I was told that the next available appointment is December but said they will have someone call me right back to look into this. I must have repeated myself four times with all my information, just for them to get it wrong and it seemed like the secretary is new and has no clue what she is doing. I eventually hung up the phone on them because of how many times they were mishearing the information I gave them. And no, it wasn't my phone. I ended up calling Bassett in Delanson right after and there were no communication problems. This person just doesn't know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Bassett. It's a shame that Stephanie Glass isn't there anymore. I hope they turn this place around again.

I have been a pt for 32 years! Since ms. glass left! They told everyone to go somewhere else until they get a new doctor! My husband and I had a appointment in coopertown! Then the Dr got sick and cancelled on us! That was in September! They could not give a new appointment until July!

Since dr glass left the company has not done a very good job to replace her with another doctor instead they tell you to find someone else .. horrible not enough as their hours were inconvenient you went out of your way to get their on time with work and school … now find another doctor .

Bassett Health Centers like this one in Sharon Springs really go out of their way to try to get you an appointment when you really need one. They will even look in other neighboring towns for other openings if they don't have any. It's a service I really appreciate!
