Very unpleasant experience with the service . The cashier and manager are very unfriendly to me about the situation. I asked for the new Mac lipstick which they didn’t have on the store. They said I can order and it will be shipped to my house. I agreed with them and told them I will like to use $10 coupon for the lipstick but they said I can’t use the coupon. I don’t understand no wear it said I couldn’t use the coupon if I order the item at my house . The cashier and manager were not willing to help me . They told me to buy the lipstick with full price and when you get the lipstick which will take up to 5 days , then come back and they will adjust the price. I told them the coupon will be expired by then , they said there is nothing they can do about that. Very rude and very unprofessional . These kind of people should not be working in retail stores. They are bringing the business down and making people feel uncomfortable. The other customers behind me were listening and getting annoyed . I my self was getting uncomfortable with the situation because of the way they were treating me. I will never go to that store again.

I had lost my actual receipt for my purchase but it showed the transaction on my bank app but the cashier couldn't help me and basically was stuck with a product that was never used. I called customer service and got the run around as well. Until Sabrina the store manager called me apologized and explained only she can only look up my purchase to give me my money back. Because of her this location is getting the best review! She went out of her way and I truly hope she is appreciated!

I came in today to get my brows done and arrived 15min early because I had to get my son hair done in their salon. I waited at the counter and not once was I greeted by the beauty bar staff. I saw a tech with a client so I patiently waited. Then waited while she cleaned her station and still no acknowledgment. I will never bother to book with the beauty bar again. This is my 3rd time experiencing it and I am a long standing customer with the salon.

I had a hair appointment with Alex yesterday. From Start to finish. She was just amazing. Super friendly very entertaining. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend and not just getting my hair done. The experience was great and I am obsessed with my hair and so thankful for her. 🤍

This place has really gone to garbage! The manager Sabrina is never around when a customer needs help. I came in the other day looking for a product. After searching the store for an associate, I asked the cashier who had no clue about anything in the store but told me to look for this Sabrina in the store to help me... im not sure she was even there because no one could find her. When I finally found this associate who I would have never noticed worked there and looked completely unprofessional with her attire and face jewelry, she rudely told me "ummm, that product is discontinued" and wouldn't help me any further. Hailee was her name and she was rude and useless because I said if there is this tester there still and the product is discontinued, you should probably not have it displayed. She told me "oh well, maybe find it online" and walked into the back without helping me any further. The place is a joke and run by very rude, unprofessional kids, who have no interest in customer service! I shop here often, for several years, and the only fitting and professional employee I ever met there was a sweet girl named Kaylee. Other than that that Stacey girl is rude and childish, the older lady with blonde hair is mean and grouchy, and thank god that kanise girl is gone because she was awful! This store should really send out a new group to run this place or it's going to go out of business!
