If you are prone to skin problems and need to be seen at the onset of an issue forget it. Had an issue with a spot on my face and not only was the lady absolutely rude who answers the phone at the Skaneateles location(not the first time), but her solution was to call every day at 130pm to see if they had a cancellation. This is even as being a regular patient. There only other offering was to give me an appointment two months down the road. I called a different doctor who was more than helpful and got me in the next day and then in with a specialist to have Mohs Surgery two weeks later. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that is willing to get you in when you have an issue rather than one that makes you wait months to see them if you have an issue. To the lady answering the phones, if you don’t like your job then you should quit.

The medical staff was nice enough. Their office staff is oblivious that patients are customers. God forbid they call the insurance company and do their job.
