Absolutely pointless. I couldn't even set up an appointment because I am not an established patient. I tried to set up an appointment to do so and was told I would need to go to the gloversville office. I work 7 days a week in town practically next door to the primary care center in speculator and live 5 minutes away from it. However it is about an hour to gloversville 1 way (driving distance). 👍

Very nice front office staff, but I was billed for a test for my child that I did not approve. I was not told of the extra cost up front, nor asked permission for the test on my minor child, and received a surprise $300+ bill three weeks after the appointment. When I spoke with the head NP on the phone (Carla Darrow), she was very curt and accused me of lying. Then she actually began to yell at me. Very unprofessional. I hung up the phone in tears. Although I am very upset about the bill (and believe that the office staff had no intention of trying to pull one over on me -- it was an honest error on their part), I feel that I actually dodged a bullet by having this occur, as Ms. Darrow acted extremely unprofessionally when speaking to me about the issue. I would not want to entrust the healthcare of my loved ones to a person with such a high level of aggression and a low level of people skills, empathy, and compassion.

Most of the staff very good. If you are a patient in your right mind and in need of a little help, this is the nursing home for you. Lots of great activities to keep you busy. However if the patient has dementia, this is not the place for them. My mother couldn't drink for herself or feed herself and it was like there wasn't enough time to take care of her. The doctor there does not follow through with tests and or treatment.

I have waited over 2 weeks for my Anoro inhaler to be submitted to insurance for prior authorization which has to happen every 6 months with my insurance. The pharmacy has also emailed and faxed them with no reply. I have tried calling them multiple times and always a busy signal. I'm stuck with this place because noone else takes my insurance

Most rude and nasty people I have ever met.
