Come with the expectations and patience to wait a long time in the small waiting area!!. Don't make the mistake I made by coming in 15 minutes early as suggested at the time of your appointment. Show up half an hour after your appointment time, and you will still be early 😅 Don't get your hopes up when you get called in by the receptionist the first time. The receptionist will take you into an exam room where you will wait further until the doctor sees the previous two patients waiting in 2 other rooms.

I went in because of a potential skin cancer concern. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen and she spent all of 45 seconds looking at it and telling me it was fine because it wasn’t raised. Then proceeded to push her skin care line on me. Hard to believe she’s not just a full blown salesperson. She convinced me to get a series of 6 mini facial peels for old sun marks. She speaks to you the whole time she’s doing it and the second time she got it on my lips and my lips peeled for a week and a half. I was so disappointed with her that I let the 4 chemical peels and the money I prepaid for them along with it go to waste.

Going to this doctor was a waste of time. The first time I went to this doctor was for a skin cancer screening. Besides making me wait well over an hour past my appointment time, she barely looked at my skin, and then stated that I should use some of her products for my face. I wasn't even there for that, but she prescribed me some stuff to use that would help level out the pigmentation in my skin and remove some acne marks (after I stated I wasn't going to buy her products). I used the stuff she prescribed and it was just okay. I decided to go back to her a few months later, since I was chalking up my poor experience to her having a bad day when she first saw me. For my second appointment, she again was well over an hour late and then when she did see me, she just pushed her own skincare line on me again. I walked out of there with nothing. I will never go back to see her again. Oh, she also has no employees there that answer the phone and no one to check you in when you get there. It seems she does the job of both doctor and receptionist. Just a bad experience all the way around.

I saw Dr. Rafal yesterday for the first time and she blew me away. My appointment was about 1 hour and 30 minutes late, but it was with good reason. She's giving upmost care to her patients and genuinely taking the time to address their needs. From my observation, her front staff needs to work on their coordination and attention to detail. Very friendly, but I saw a doctor scrambling from room to room without much support. Working in an office requires teamwork. Patients were not updated in wait time and were left behind closed doors. I'm still giving 5 stars because Dr. Rafal is great and her care is determined by her expertise.

I’ve seen Dr. Rafal a few times, and during every visit she has consistently put in much of her time and effort into giving me the best care. Throughout my visits with Dr. Rafal, I have actually seen a transformation in my appearance because of the treatments I got done. It’s always a risk to put your confidence in another person for cosmetic needs, but ever since my initial treatment, combined with the way she approaches our sessions, I’ve never doubted her since.
