The staff are amazing and very kind alongside being respectful. The office is very clean which is essential for a healthcare setting. I had a visit with the PA Elaine and she was great, definitely would come again.

For the last month, I’ve been trying to get a billing issue resolved. I’ve reached out to the billing department, the Syosset location, and spoken to the Garden City location. Each time they were cordial and assured me that the issue would be resolved but it has not and it’s getting a little frustrating. I’m not sure if it’s a disorganization issue or if they’re too busy but it’s unfortunate because I do like the doctors, especially Elaine.

I called the office about 15 minutes before closing and expressed that I needed to see the doctor as soon as possible. An opening was available at 9 o’clock the next morning. I arrived at the office was greeted immediately and saw the doctor right away. A prescription was written, filled and I feel so much better. The staff is professional and understanding. I highly recommend this business.

This was my first visit to the Office and surely will not be my last. The entire staff is warm, friendly, professional and courteous. You felt welcomed right from the start. I was escorted into the exam room within 5 minutes of completing my check-in. The waiting room and exam room were both immaculate. And it is quite evident that Dr. Arora is truly about patient care as it reflects in his staff. I highly recommend this practice and they have another new patient forever.

The entire office staff, medical assistant and Dr Cymerman were all true professionals. I was treated with courtesy, kindness and respect. I felt very at ease. They definitely are a 5 star group.
