If I could rate them with zero stars, I most definitely would. I was a patient here, and not having gone in a while, I called on 10-23-24 to make an appointment. I was immediately told that if I hadn't been to the office in the last 3 years, I was considered a new patient and they weren't taking new patients right now and I would have to call back in January. I asked the receptionist if she could check. She confirmed that I hadn't been there in 4 years and basically hung up on me. I immediately called another dermatology office, and was treated kindly, professionally, and quickly received an appointment on November 4th. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They're rude and very unprofessional.

I saw Megan 6 months ago. Wonderful experience! She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked how the MAs treated me.

I have been a patient since 2022 and have always had a great experience with the doctors & PAs. They are always very thorough and are kind to answer any questions or concerns with detail in a way that is not talking down to you. I recently had to have a minor surgical procedure and all went smoothly with the whole process from set up to follow up. I will echo that sometimes the front end staff is not the greatest to work with (not personally, but I have heard/observed things while in office), but that is seen in many places these days. Once you get through that, it's a place worth trusting. Thank you to all who have helped me over these past couple years!

Horrible customer service. I had a mole that was concerning and I am a patient there and I called to get it looked at, and was told there was not anything for months so I asked if I could please just send a picture because I have a mole that is actively changing in shape and color, they told me no and that they wouldn’t have an appointment for almost 4 months. I switched to a different dermatologist and they got me in a timely manner and immediately removed the mole and sent it for a biopsy after looking at it.

Healthcare sucks. I made an appointment in April for July. I asked if anyone cancels, could someone let me know? I know that’s asking a lot- Dr’s offices are insanely busy, but someone called me and got me in way earlier. I had my appointment with PA Maura Corbett today. From the moment I walked in the door, to the extremely thorough examination, and fielding my 1,000 questions, the entire staff was friendly and easy going. It was very obvious that they genuinely wanted to hear me and listen to my concerns rather than just process me through a basic examination., I was able to have all my issues addressed and taken seriously, nowadays that’s rare. I can’t speak highly enough about my visit today.
