I just got my PRP facial today. I ordered it from Groupon so was a bit worried because she had good reviews on Groupon but nowhere else. I decided to bank on the Groupon reviews being right and purchased the session. I called to schedule and first thing that threw me off was that she was not in the same locations as on her website of Groupon page. I was on a set schedule so I had to pick up my daughter by a certain time. Dr. Joelle was able to fit me in based on my needs. When I walked into the office, it was quite apparent that she was just moving into her new office, which calmed my nerves about the confusion of her previous addresses. Her new office is bright and modern. I was quite nervous from the lack of reviews and other stories had seen online about the PRP "vampire" facial. The procedure was amazing. I had no pain during the micro needling. Before we started she made sure I was numb from the numbing agent. Throughout the procedure Dr. Joelle was engaging and always made sure I was comfortable. I asked how long between sessions I should wait. She never tried to up-sell me on anything. She recommended 3 months for my skin but if it was worse, once a month. I haven't even had my final results yet, but just from the service I received, I am excited for my next session.
