I showed up for my appointment which had been scheduled by the call center that Schweiger Dermatology hired to handle their schedule and when I got there they no appointment scheduled for us. I had taken time off of work, taken my son out of school, spent gas money to get there only to be told, sorry your not on our schedule and we have no openings this morning even after I gave them the time and date of the phone call, and a description of the man I spoke to. They acknowledge that this happens regularly with the call center. THEN FIRE THE CALL CENTER do not make patients waste time and money. Not professional at all.

Always a positive experience! Polite, friendly staff. No long wait times. Nicolette and support staff are all extremely competent, helpful, and supportive. Five stars +++++!!!

My appointment was with Nicollet. I was seen promptly. I told her about a couple of concerns I had and she addressed them first and then did the full body check. She was very professional, answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very pleased and will be back again next year to see Nicollet.
