Above and beyond expectations. Had an appointment for January 31st. Requested to be put on list to fill in for cancellation. Received a call back and appointment within 2 hours and had my appointment moved to 1/22. Terrific service!!! Excellent care.

I just visited for a mole check last week. Was taken in the exam room within minutes of arrival. The nurse came in , gave me a gown and within minutes the doctor came back for the exam. I was totally impressed with the time she took during the exam, even going back to some spots 2-3 times! Highly recommend!! 5 🌟!!

Wonderful and knowledgeable professionals who really care for their patients. I recommend them to everyone. The building is so beautiful and clean and up to date you feel like you are in the best place to get help, and you are. It means a lot when your doctor calls you to check on how you are doing. I went here for the 1st time after moving and leaving an outstanding provider in another state. I was concerned I would not receive the level of care I need in light of my skin cancer history. The staff was friendly and professional and I was treated on the spot by a NP who I felt confident in. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Every one that I connected with at Rochester Dermatology, from the receptionist to the doctor, was wonderful. Dr. Alexandra (forgot last name) was personable and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
