Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Office was clean and modern. My appointment was first thing in the morning and I was seen quickly. I booked an appointment with Toni Dingmann, PA to have a concern looked at and have a mole check done. The person I saw was not Toni Dingmann and introduced herself as a “PA trainee”. She moved incredibly quickly and I did not feel she was as thorough as other dermatologists I’ve used in the past. A mixed experience at best.

Booking an appointment means talking to an overseas call center. While the facility is convenient in town, just a standardize money making operation. I went for poison ivy related contact dermatitis, met 3 minutes with PA and was given an insufficient prescription and suffered continued flare up - Tried to contact for a question or check up, but couldn't for weeks out due to their scheduling and call center like appointment system. Had to go to another doctor in the city, who is the one who said the treatment prescribed was insufficient. So, ended up paying $250 insurance + $124.45 out of pocket for a 3 minute visit + the other doctor visit costs. All that just to get a correct prescription. Called to complain, they said somebody will call me back. I just get a text telling me to pay the bill. Paid, but F this place. I do not recommend this place, at all.

Established patient, same day appointment scheduled on Z Doc Provider was very positive as a clinician and person. ONe week after the visit and recommended treatment the problem grew worse. Put a call in at 9 am to the central number, only one for the whole group asking for a call back. It is 4 30 of that day, no call back. Had to use other providers Do not like it when there is a wall between providers and patients as to simple asking of a question of the Warwick NY office

First time going to a dermatologist and it's was phenomenal she explained all of my questions without rushing. Explained very thoroughly all of my concerns. Amanda and Amy provided exceptional customer service they even helped me jump start my car assisted me all the way ! The have a patient for life I come all the way from new Jersey the office staff and dermatologist are amazing! Thank you !
