From the front office staff member who was warm, professional and kind to both medical professionals (I’m not remembering if they were nurses or PA’s or medical assistants- but they were superb) who also worked with me, to the wonderful Dr. Petukhova who immediately put me at ease and clearly is an extremely knowledgeable and excellent clinician, I cannot say enough good things about my first visit to this practice. I feel very grateful to have Dr. Petukhova as my dermatologist going forward!

Terrific staff in clean easy Montauk Highway location. Everyone was efficient and prepared prior to my arrival. Appointment time accurate. Dr. Petukhova was excellent. She is thorough, explains options well, is explicit about follow up care and listens to her patients.

Thankful that Dr. Chapas opened her Hamptons outpost. Her entire team is professional and personable….and she is the best there is. I would recommend her for anything Derm-related and would listen to her suggestions. She is on top of all the newest technologies and is extremely knowledgeable about various treatments. I have been a patient for over a decade and would not go anywhere else…. Love all the new doctors in the Hamptons - thank you Dr. Black and Dr. Petukhova!

Well I have to say the greeting by the practice coordinator Doreen was extremely pleasant. The clinic is very clean, modern and comfortable. Dr Kline was very engaging and made me feel confident in his specialty. My scheduled procedure was scheduled for 230 for which I did not enter my practice suite until after 3pm however the care, time and genuine target treatment provided by Dr Kline made up for the late start and all goals were met with great results thus far. Good client relationships is the key foundation for ongoing treatments especially in this specialty area. I appreciated the personal call I received from the practice manager Doreen and also from the mother office in the city in regards to my experience and to make sure my expectations were met.
