Exceptional Experience!!! This was my first time ever having a facial peel. Like most people preparing for a new cosmetic treatment, I had a lot of questions. Amber was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional; she truly put my mind at ease. When I arrived for my appointment Amber greeted me with a smile, made sure I was relaxed in the space and reviewed all the steps she was going to take to apply the VI Peel. She was in tune to my body language and made sure we took enough breaks during the application to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. After the treatment, she throughly explained the aftercare process and what I should expect in the coming days. Amber made sure to check in with me often to see how the peel was progressing and if I had any questions.
