We have recently visited this hospital twice, and the doctor was great. And the doctor asked me to call the hospital to get the renewal prescription when we run out of the medicine. How convenient. But the office which phone number listed here is horrible. I called them because that was also the phone number listed on the hospital's website, but the person took the phone said they can't find the patient's information on the database, though the info she repeated was correct. It's just DOB and last name so nothing is difficult. Then the person asked me to call the hospital directly, but I'm already calling the number listed on the website. I asked what the appropriate phone number is, then she intentionally hanged up the phone. I tried to call the same number again, but every time I call she hangs up in a second. So frustrating.

I’ve been going to Dr Goldman since around the early 2000s when I was still a child. I’m now almost 34 and still go to here because, collectively, the office staff and Dr Goldman, are the best around. Respectful, unbelievably knowledgeable and experienced. Dr Goldman always immediately knows what he’s looking at and the path of solutions to take. I trust him wholeheartedly. I will never see another dermatologist as long as they are still here.

Had my first visit with Dr. Goldman for an all over skin check and biopsy of a suspicious wound. I found him to be very competent, personable, and easy to talk to. Very happy to have found him.

Second visit to the office revealed my insurance was not working, we were in the transition of moving out of state, I asked the office how much the service would be, and they responded it would cost 150.00 per child. I had both my son and daughter there for a treatment of molluscum. My daughter’s was gone, as was told to me the first visit when I was insured and covered, so I said my son would be the only one taking the appointment. I just received a bill for 700.00 for my daughter and 860.00 for my son. Unbelievably expensive for just a couple of drops on some bumps, but more over the fact that this is not what I was told I was to be charged is just theft. I was informed when I called that the 150.00 was just to see the doctor, that is NOT what they told me when I went in for the appointment. And why I am being charged for my daughter is even more dumbfounding. Also, that 150.00 was paid on sight when we saw the doctor.

UPDATE🙂 Perseverance pays off! I was able to schedule an appointment today‼️ YAY! *************** TO BE CLEAR: The One Star rating is for the INABILITY to reach this office. I think Dr Goldman is great - which is why I keep calling. It is somewhat bizarre that no one answers the phone - ever! ****************** Hoping this helps! To the OFFICE STAFF! I have tried reaching this office COUNTLESS times. I get the answering desk every single time. They tell me they cannot relay a message to the office. I am an existing patient. I need to see dr Goldman. Can someone call me to schedule. Short of driving all the way over there, I’m at a loss of how to reach this office. I like Dr Goldman very much … so I continue to spend an inordinate amount of time just trying to reach the office to schedule an appointment. Between yesterday and today, I have made 9 phone calls which go straight to the answering service which is pretty useless - as the service cannot take snd relay a msg to the office They simply tell you the office is open and they are probably busy - try again in a few minutes! Totally frustrating- a total waste of my precious time. WHAT IS GOING ON ‼️??! I’d like to continue to see dr Goldman but I don’t know how much longer I will make the effort. This is a doctor’s office !! Reaching them should not be this hard. It’s really unbelievable 🤬☹️
