I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dr. Rosenberg's office, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Instead of helping with my dermatology concerns, they have only made my issues worse. The doctors seem more interested in rushing through appointments than actually listening to their patients. After following their prescribed treatments, my condition not only failed to improve but actually worsened. When I voiced my concerns, I was either dismissed or told to "give it more time," despite clear signs that their approach was ineffective. Communication is terrible, and trying to get a follow-up appointment or answers to basic questions feels like an impossible task. If you’re looking for real care and solutions, I suggest going elsewhere. This office is unprofessional, unhelpful, and, in my experience, made my situation significantly worse instead of better. STAY AWAY.

By far the WORST practice. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE DOCTORS, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. They don’t care about your issues, they won’t resolve anything for you, and they’ll just steal your money! And be warned, if you don’t pay a bill as little as 5 bucks within 1 day of receiving the bill, you’re getting collections!!! Worst practice.

Thorough and Compassionate!!! Hours after being treated by Dr. Fruchter, I had a reaction to my procedure. Walked in next day with no appointment. Explained issue, waited, and was seen ASAP. Dr. Fruchter showed concern, warmth & professionalism, while providing me with a remedy. The icing on the cake was that she checked in with me later that day to see how I was doing. If the medicine she provided had not already been helping, this phone call would have done it. Unexpected and greatly appreciated. A class act from beginning to end.

Dr. Rosenberg of Natow Rosenberg & Pion is incompetent. Woodmere, NY 11598. Dr. Rosenberg relayed apologies for misdiagnosing me today 1.13.25 and now I have cancer, skin cancer , because of her negligence and in competence.

The doctors are amazing! They are very courteous and eager to help their patients. My spouse and I are patients and always have been treated with the utmost respect. The office employees are terrific! Today I needed a prescription from Doctor FRUCHTER The office immediately responded with kindness. Thank you so very much ! Great doctors great staff!
