No waiting to see Arielle! Her care for my daughters is genuine and that is refreshing in this rushed world. The staff is excellent from reception to medical assistants! You won't be disappointed. And ...the who doesn't love convenient parking!

I’ve gone to PA Arielle Miller twice now and both times she’s taken the time to listen to my skin care concerns and discuss options for treatment plans. She is kind, knowledgeable, and truly listens to all my concerns. Highly recommend her!

I went to Advanced dermatology group in Paramus a couple of weeks ago big mistake ,I saw Dr Patel, he prescribed some medication which I was supposed to receive a phone call from their pharmacy to confirm medication and pay for it to have delivered, no phone call ever came and when I called the office they left early and the staff said they would leave message to paramus office for them to call me next day,no phone call recieved when I called office again they left early and it was Friday and I would have to wait to monday. I called office 10 Times before I spoke to anybody,they said they would send prescription to my pharmacy, my pharmacist told me they had to clarify the prescription but doctors office wouldn't return their phone call, this was was a total nightmare, finally the doctors office said they would order me the medication and would call me when It arrived in a couple of days, another week went by and they never called, to date I never received my medication, and now have to go somewhere else , it was obvious to me that this place don't care about their patients ,extreme lack of follow, pitiful service and the girls answering phone have attitude problems, don't go their and waste your time

Very poor service, the PA didn’t spend 5 minutes reviewing my concerns, she was in such a hurry that I was not able to ask questions about my condition, but she wants me to make a follow up appointment in two weeks. Medicine is not the way it used to be, today is all about money

THREE times in a row my appointment has been canceled. From August to September then October…I called to tell them I won’t be returning bc I have NO confidence that in November it won’t be canceled again. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
