The medical staff is very good, however I think the front desk needs a bit more training. My first appointment I came in, card with date in hand and somehow, someone had put the wrong month on my card and it was the next month. The second time I scheduled a full body check and was scheduled for a quick visit. So, been out twice and still have not had the service I had scheduled. That said everyone is very charming and friendly. comfortable place to see a doctor. I will try again because the doctor is very good.
Staffed with caring professionals at both the Apex and Raleigh locations. Every member takes time to address any and all questions and place you at ease before, during, and after a procedure. Great experience every time!
I’m leaving this practice after years in their care (+5 yrs). I liked my doctor fine enough but between egregious wait times at the office (45 min wait for what was maybe a 7 min visit) to the inability to schedule prompt care- I have been forced to depart. You are never able to reschedule, you’re better to keep whatever appointment you have because it will be 3 months before they can “see you” again, despite being an established patient. I’m almost positive the number listed does not reach anyone in the office directly. They have left me in tears of frustration now multiple times. I’m saddened but I’ve felt forced to take action and seek treatment and care elsewhere. I am only leaving this in hopes this solicited feedback resonates and helps the practice improve their system for the patients who stay. Good luck and thanks for your time in the past. I wish it could have been different.
I would suggest going anywhere else but here. Was a patient for 2 years, received subpar care, was misdiagnosed, and my symptoms have only gotten worse while in their care. Recently, I got an email from them asking to voice my opinion. I did so, giving a 3-star review, highlighting my concerns and suggesting people look at multiple places before committing to them. The next day I got a call from Dr. Matt Flynn stating that because of my "negative review" they were dropping me as a patient. His exact words were "we work really hard and don't appreciate when people come online and tell people we suck." I never used those words and felt I was being honest and reasonable with my feedback. He never asked why my experience was bad or what they could do to fix it, they simply dropped me as a patient in the middle of a treatment and that was that. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Any other business would call a customer to ask why they felt bad about their experience, but this "doctor" was as petty and arrogant as could be. Please seek other places where you will be valued, because you won't be here.
Ginger knew I needed help quickly and she got me in the next day. The always friendly staff made me feel comfortable.
