The Skin Studio

My husband surprised me with a facial for my birthday, and it was the most relaxing zen experience ever! I had Alysha (Alicia/Alisha?) and she did a wonderful job understanding my skin, and creating an environment where I felt safe and relaxed. I will be back for a treat myself day when I can!

Not sure if I have reviewed before, but no harm in doing it again! I went to Alysha for my first brazilian ever. Even as an extrovert, I can understand being in those vulnerable positions can be very nerve racking especially with someone new. I have to say, she is INCREDIBLY sweet and comforting, I tend to forget the circumstances that I’m in while chatting with her. Pain is minimal. She is extremely precise, but somehow very fast. I’m talking in and out in 10-15 minutes. I will continue to come back as long as i’m a resident in Boone!

I enjoyed my first visit to the Skin Studio with Hallie. I came in for eyebrow waxing. The place is very clean with modern decor and comfortable. Hallie was very sweet and welcoming , she made me feel at ease immediately. While getting on the table she made sure to adjust the table according to my comfort level. Her touch was gentle and professional. I had such a pleasant experience with this waxing session and I was very happy with the results. Booking was easy and the response time was quick. I can see why they have such good reviews. I look forward to my next visit.

10/10 experience. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment and was very gentle on my skin. The pain was very, very minimal especially for a Brazilian. And the waxer was the sweetest person ever. 100% would recommend to anybody looking for wax in Boone
