Not a very accommodating Doctor's office. Good luck getting through on an automated phone system that doesn't work,nor are the staff polite enough to forward your call. They just put you on hold and don't answer for over at least 15 minutes.

Amanda Shirley is an compassionate, caring, patient Nurse Practioner. Jessie is an professional, kind, patience nurse. Overall, my experience with Alliance Medical Associates has been positive.

I've been here now 3 times and each time the entire staff have been professional and always on time. Today specifically I had to tote my 2 toddlers with me and everyone were extremely patient with us and welcoming. I've enjoyed getting to know Amanda as my new primary physician. Would recommend!

Shady business practices.. I called for an annual check up and they DID NOT INFORM ME they will not complete annual check ups on new patients. Insurance won’t cover it due to them not using the annual check up code. I called and requested them change the billing to the CORRECT CODE & they will not. Stay away, very shady.

Amanda Shirley has been nothing but a good fit for me since moving to the area. She’s thorough, patient, and really takes into consideration my opinion(s) as a patient. She goes out of her way to ensure that my health concerns are both addressed and treated in a timely manner.
