My experience with Dr Waters was extremely good. I was early and waited only a couple minutes before seeing the Dr. she and her assistant were very thorough, professional and easy to talk to. I will be using them for all of my Dermatology needs from now on.

Dr. Rhen is such a gem. She is a good example of an honest and humble practitioner. I felt very comfortable in her care and her communication was wonderful.

Every single time I come here, I wait for 30-45 mins past my appt time before I am called back. Physicians are double and triple booked, running behind… I understand the demand is high, but don’t offer the appointment if you don’t have availability at the scheduled time. Additionally, I have been four times for follow-ups on the same issue, and two of those visits have just been looking at something to monitor progress. Seems crazy to pay the copay for 2 second progress updates that could’ve been conducted via chat, email, etc. Overall, I like my provider very much and appreciate her attention to detail, however, administratively, I think there are several areas this practice could improve upon.

I've been a patient for over 15yrs and just relocated back to the Triangle after 7 yrs. In Texas... And they haven't missed a beat. Same great service from top to bottom! The office staff, nurses and Doctors are all willing to take time with you in order to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. We are lucky to have this practice in the Triangle.

I see Anna regularly for aesthetic treatments, mainly facials and chemical peels. Anna is great - she always takes time to listen to any concerns I’m having with my skin, and my skin has improved so much since I started regular treatments. The check in process is easy and I always get text reminders. The appointment starts on time and the office staff is quick to get me checked out, paid, and my next appointment set up. They regularly have specials as well.
