What a great first appointment on 02/06/2025 and the 2 appointments after with PA. Victoria Alexander in the Wake Forest office. She embodies professionalism, knowledge and genuine care. After a difficult diagnosis of Alopecia, she provided clear information about my condition, treatment options and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend PA Victoria Alexander to anyone who is seeking a knowledgeable and caring PA dermatologist!

Preston Dermatology is amazing! They really know how to take care of my hair and always have the right products on hand. I highly recommend them to anyone with similar hair issues. I especially love the shampoos and drops they gave me – they've made a huge difference.

Woke up today extra early to get to my appt. At 9.10 . Drove across town 30 min got to my appt on time. I expected to be seen by DR. Solomon at an appropriate wait time . 10.15 and I was still sitting in the waiting room fully unacceptable! My first handful of visits with Dr. Eric were very good minimal wait time and very professional. He did a great job at each appt. Unfortunately Dr. Solomons appt. get overlapped and she cannot accommodate at a proper wait time .

My visit with Preston Dermatology was excellent today. I met with a new PA Victoria and for the first time she suggested things I never heard to help with my alopecia. I'm excited and gave me hope that my hair possibly can grow.

One of the best Dermatologists in the area and wonderful office staff . Dr Desai Solomon has such exemplary credentials and expertise married to an amazing bedside manner that you are always assured that you are in good hands. As a retired physician executive, I recommend her Dermatology practice very highly.
