I have always received personalized, professional treatment at Central Dermatology. The staff is both flexible and courteous. For example, the other day I went to my appointment at 9:30 and arrived at 9:35. When I got to the front desk, the customer service rep said that they had already marked me as a no-show and explained that my appointment had been at 8:50 not 930. Well, I was very apologetic and embarrassed. They were very courteous about my mistake and took the extra step to get me in with someone else so that I wouldn’t have to make a second trip. I felt that they were understanding, non-blaming and helpful in getting me seen right away. Great customer service.

Laura Phillips, PA, at Central Dermatology Center is one of the most thorough medical care providers in the area of dermatology I have had in all my years with issues with my skin. She listens, makes medical decisions about my skin care and skin issues that consistently resolve and address my concerns, and truly exhibits professional demeanor at all appointments. She even calls beyond the appointment to ensure her patients are alright. I am so glad there are medical providers of Laura Phillip's caliber at Central Dermatology Center.

In the past, reception has been a bit cold. This visit they were awesome. Kind and patient. The real treat for me is Angelica. She is so amazing. Her uplifting attitude is so awesome. She is an amazing professional. I could go to places closer to where I live but I will go out of my way for her care. The care givers that work with her are also amazing. Kudos to the team!

I have seen Laura Phillips for many years and am thankful to have her as my provider. She always has a smile and she has also made the best treatment recommendations for me. I will remain a patient as long as she is there!

The assistant that brought me back to the room was very nice, courteous, and informative. The provider I saw was also very nice, professional, informative, and kind. I was told exactly what was going to happen and what will happen when the test results are in. All of this made for a great visit.
