The entire staff was fantastic, helpful, friendly, personable, and kind, and that made the entire process all the more relaxing and rejuvenating. Amazing experience at the MedSpa 501. I was able to achieve my weight loss goal and feel more like myself again. This is a very friendly and supportive place where I feel like they actually listen to me. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone that needs and confidence and every boost! I love this place and will definitely be returning! Upon entering, I was kindly greeted by Hannah at the front desk. She got me checked in and situated in the room where I would be getting my treatment done. I got a lip flip done by Julia who is absolutely amazing. She mad everything very comfortable for me, not to mention she has an amazing personality. To top it all off, the aesthetic of the spa is a whole vibe. 10/10 highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at MedSpa 501 with Holly for a HydroFacial. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team greeted me warmly and got me settled right away. Holly took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the different options available, which made me feel really comfortable and informed. The HydroFacial itself was incredible — my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing. Holly was very attentive, making sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I went to Medspa 501 for a consultation to address different skincare treatment options. I met with Alex and she was the sweetest and so knowledgeable as well! So easy going and gave me some great options to choose from. Looking forward to my upcoming micro-needling appointment next week!
