The facility is so clean and modern, the remodel looks amazing!! As always, Dr. Cox is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very thorough and keeps up with the technology. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Cox is board certified and often involved in clinical trials, I definitely recommend her!

I received extensive, multiple laser treatments from Dr. Cox in 2014. Dr. Cox is extremely confident and proficient in laser surgery and is the only physician who delivered the results promised. I would not consider anyone else in NC for laser work. I found her and her staff to be compassionate and gracious to me.

I had my first laser hair removal treatment session today. The Aesthetician was very nice and thorough and she did a good job of explaining the process to make sure I was comfortable. The two negative comments I have is that when I scheduled my appointment I was told that if I needed more than one session I could pay for a package to get a cheaper price. At the appointment when I inquired about paying for the package I was told that it is not an option for laser hair removal. This information was volunteered to me when I scheduled my appointment. I did not ask for it. Lastly, I was told a different rate on the phone but when I got there the price had changed by $50.00. There appears to be some inconsistency in the information provided during scheduling vs what to expect on the date of your appointment.
