front desk sucks called this morning, and she didnt know what a genioplasty was...I explained it to her, and she said no multiple times, and seem like she wanted to end the call despite me having more questions. It felt like she was responding to spam call more than a potential client. So, I asked her if it's mostly things like rhinoplasty's (something I legitimately was interested in), and I assumed she didn't know what that was either, because she started listing a whole bunch of procedures. It was not a pleasant customer service interaction (I think she should know what a rhinoplasty was, and simply said yes; I did not want her listing off procedures to me like it's a Fastfood menu). I believe her name was Kimberly? Idk, I just talked to someone just now around 12 on 08/02 Rating 5 stars because I don't want to be crude with 1 star over customer service--something that I think can be easily addressed. And now I'm not really interested in getting my nose done here, this interaction was very sour, and the front desk person made me feel like there's something off about this place.

I did not know what to expect when I decided to try Cool sculpturing. Gina Jacobs was incredible. Very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I went to the office on Elm Lane. It was Very clean and The Receptionist was particularly helpful and nice. I had a delightful experience. Gina made me so comfortable. I will be excited to see how the cool sculpturing did for me. I am going back in 5 weeks.

I decided to try cool-sculpting for an area that would not shape up no matter what I tried. I went to the Ballantyne location of the Skin Center by Charlotte Plastic Surgery. What a superb service from the first hello. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. My provider Gina Jacobs actually deserves a 10 star rating. So patient and accommodating a very rare find. I saw Gina twice so far and she is amazing. If you are serious about cool sculpting don’t just pick some provider. Give the skin center a call and set up a consultation. You will be in great hands from here on. I will highly recommend everyone at this location especially Gina to all my friends and family. Thank you for make me feel better about myself.

Had 3 BBL treatments on my face & would never have again. It ended bringing out more dark sun spots and hurt terribly. While it may have eliminated a few dark spots, I did not get the results I was looking for. Waste of my time & money.

I love coming to CPS to see Ginger and Andrea. I am 79 years old and I love the minimal services they both do on my facial skin. Makes me feel better. They are both kind and professional!
