Post pregnancy I decided to do something for myself- on their first day open I contacted the team at laser away ballantyne. They were prompt in setting expectations around pricing and laser hair removal pricing. Parking was easy, the facility was clean and well designed, and most importantly the entire team was positive and competent. 5 stars! 10/10! One happy customer!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Toren, who is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly stylish. The highlight was the lead registered nurse, Ashley, who performed the procedure. She was incredibly detailed, patiently answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining what to expect, including important precautions. The location itself is in a fantastic neighborhood, and the facility is spotless and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding team and experience. Highly recommend!

I came in for a tattoo removal and had such a wonderful experience here! The ladies that work here are so friendly and professional. This location is brand new and top of the line. Everything is clean and bright and welcoming. Excited to come back!
