OVME

I've never written a bad review online before but I had to for this. I went to this spa because of the rating & I should have researched more. I made an appointment because the lines under my eyes were getting very noticeable. We did the pictures & talked about a plan & agreed. Then the aesthetician decided to remove some older upper lip filler that I really didn't want removed. When I got home it was evident that too much removed because I had two large dents above my lip. I was mortified, had to wear a mask to work for two days & then went back in & said how upset I was. She injected a "trial" size of filler & stressed that I get a Halo treatment. I was asked to trust her so I made the appointment. My dents were not corrected so I wore a mask & avoided friends and family until I did Halo treatment (which wasn't bad but not aggressive at all). I went back 2 weeks later, she didn't notice that I had Halo & didn't take after pictures. I told her how stressed, upset & embarrassed I was over this lip issue. She told me she would put some back in to soften area. I had a few other places done with filler and then she went to "dilute" the filler for above my lip. Who does that? While I was waiting to be numbed, special training was being done for the aestheticians. I heard this outside my door & the only recommendation over and over was that they shouldn't leave a client during any procedure because that is their time to "upsell." I couldn't believe this so I said something about that also. So, when they swelling went down her "diluted" filler barely did anything and I'm so disappointed that I went there. I spent $6k in 6 weeks only to feel worse about myself. I recommend you find another place.

OVME was such a delight. Everyone there was very professional and gracious. The place is very modern and clean. I saw Brenda, who is such an artist! Brenda‘s ability to see what you can be at your best is amazing! Brenda is very skilled at her profession and she listens and suggests procedures that would enhance your features and natural beauty. I would highly recommend her and look forward to my next visit with her and OVME.

Lindsey was amazing! It was my first visit so she helped analyze my goals and what I want to achieve! She also was honest about what I don’t really need done and helped focus on treatments and procedures that I would see the most benefit from. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else.

I literally LOVED Lindsey. She was so down to earth and didn’t try to push anything. She listened to my concerns and made me feel at home for the whole appointment. Can’t wait to see her again!

I love OVME!! Lindsey is my go-to girl!! I pay for the monthly membership which includes monthly facials/chemical peels and it's worth every penny! My skin is better than it was in my 20s!!
