Paviol Dermatology and Aesthetics

I’ve met with the aesthetician, Hannah, twice so far and both facial appointments have been amazing! She instantly noticed the progress my skin has made just by the second visit and that was definitely a confident booster. She educated me on post care, additional products to try at home, and takes the time to hear your questions and concerns. Totally would recommend a facial with her! Overall the office staff is very sweet and welcoming! The Derm I met with, Susanne, was also great! She took her time and did not rush my consult as a first time patient. I’m looking forward to keep working with them and seeing my skin progress!

I visited this office in January looking for a way to treat my face. The service was prompt and met my expectations. I had a brief, 10-minute consultation with the doctor and purchased $160 worth of recommended products. No tests or additional services were provided during my visit. A few weeks later, I received an unexpected bill for $292. While I understand that medical services come with costs, this charge was significantly higher than anticipated. I’d recommend discussing the expected charge of the consultation before rendering services.

Pros: Very nice staff, small and more personal office. Cons: I was a relatively new patient there and LOVED the injector Lauren. She was the absolute best injector I'd ever had. However, they failed to let me know that Lauren had left the practice before my next appointment with her. I would have appreciated them letting me know that BEFORE the day of my appointment, so I could make my own decision. I'm not very happy with my Botox with the new injector, and the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Highly recommend. I just happened to be in Charlotte for work and needed a very painful cystic acne spot looked at. They were able to see me the next day (luck for sure). Every single person at this office was beyond friendly and kind. PA Susanne was who met with me and educated me about what was best for my current situation and was very clear about the pros and cons of all options. She also told me things about my current prescriptions my out of state dermatologist never mentioned. I followed her advice and went with the treatment she recommended. I hope to come back for a cosmetic facial in the future.

I’m very happy with this place and with my provider Patricia Miller, NP at this practice so far! I’m a sensitive and anxious girly and have also had some poor dermatologist experiences before, but felt comfortable, relaxed, and heard throughout my entire appointment here. Everyone that I encountered in the office was so sweet, and made a slightly nerve-wracking and overdue checkup feel easy. I got my pathology reports in maybe a couple of days after my appointment, which felt pretty quick to me, and also got a voicemail the very next business day about lab results and scheduling a follow-up appointment, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend! :)
