Discovered this location about 8 years ago, and it's my go-to. They are open on Saturdays from 8-12pm, which is what made my choice to visit them. Of course, they do get booked on Saturdays pretty easily, so you do have to call in advance to schedule the appointment. Located in abuilding sharing with other businesses such as Carmel Foot Specialist in the Pineville area. Down the street from Carolina Place Mall. I see Dr. Lauren Castaro, and she is amazing! Efficient, friendly, and listens to your needs. She helped me put tremendously out when I first went in for acne/eczema issues. Since then, I have not had any issues and continue just using what she recommended. Lovely staff and anytime I called in to make any changes to my appointment, they were more than willing to help. There is plenty of parking to choose from and easy to find. They do accept most all major insurances, but if you're not sure, you can call and ask, and they will be more than happy to assist

Dr Schulman has treated me for over 20 years both here in NC and in NY for various dermatological issues , both small and large. He has always been straightforward and realist when discussing possible outcomes and options. His expertise in his field is noticable from the first time you meet him. His staff is kind and efficient and they respect your time. I would refer him to anyone for all dermatological needs. I wish I could clone him and make him my PCP and Cardiologist!

I've been coming to this office for years and just now realizing that I have somehow neglected to leave a review. I've been a patient of Laurels since about 2017 and honestly can't say enough good things about her. She's amazing at what she does, doesn't rush, actively listens to all your concerns and is a genuinely caring person that makes office visits time you don't mind taking out of your day. The staff is courteous, professional, and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. I can't review Dr Schulman because I think I've only been seen by him once years ago but from what I remember he was friendly and knowledgeable. As annoying as it is to be a frequent flyer to a doctors office, I actually enjoy coming to this office because of the team of associates that makes up this practice.

They are open half-day on Saturdays which is great! Plenty of parking. Have seen Dr. Schulman multiple times over the last few years. He has always been friendly and very patient with explaining everything.

I had to take my 3 year old daughter here for a cyst behind her ear. I am absolutely amazed by Dr Laurel Castano and how she treated my daughter and I. She explained the procedure and was honest, yet gentle with my daughter. She was upfront and told her the procedure wouldn’t feel great but that she would be as quick as possible. She was very thorough and informational. I was extremely nervous to have a cyst removal for my toddler, and although it was difficult I truly couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Castano. I couldn’t recommend her enough for everyone, but especially children. I appreciate her honesty, and understanding of how difficult things like this with toddlers can be. I 100% will be driving the 50 mins again to this office if we ever need to see a dermatologist again.
