Very nice suite. Bianca is so real and honest! She makes you feel so comfortable and does an extremely thorough consultation before suggesting anything! I left there extremely confident that I will get the results I want...I will post the results in 2 weeks!!

I made an appointment and I was stood up. Nobody was even there. I see this happened before, and who knows how many others haven’t written a review to say it happened to them too. After Noni contacted me saying they tried to call me but nobody answered. She was calling the wrong # (off by 1 digit). She said that was the number I registered with. I have the message where I texted Bianca my phone #. She is the one who “registered “ me with an incorrect #. Later, after Noni and I spoke I received a message from Bianca basically saying it was my fault because they tried to call me but there was no answer and I never called them back?! Great customer service. Without a message, one can’t call back. After I texted her the same info I never heard back with an apology or anything! Noni called apologizing & offered a discount. So I tried to reschedule & the day before the new appointment I received a text from Noni saying the product hadn’t arrived in time. They were canceling again! After that I received appointment confirmation, so I texted asking if it was on or not? I never heard back from her. Then the morning of the appointment, Bianca sent an abrupt text saying she had a concussion & it was canceled . And again I received an appointment confirmation after that. I texted Noni to ask what was going on, but of course no response. I realized there have been way too many red flags & I am going elsewhere. You need to have your act together to be performing chemical injections into peoples’ faces. And these people seem extremely unprofessional and certainly are not detail oriented at all. Not good qualities for any business let alone one where the details are so important!

Bianca is the absolute best ! I am very pleased after me 2 week checkup we added a little more in some areas . The dream bar is my go to place . Bianca is not only a friend but a very professional person. She takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable! I will continue my treatments with her forever ! Thank you Dream bar for making me fell beautiful !

Horrible! I booked online a month ago & I get a text the day of to tell me the office is closed & the MD is revising the policy & procedures. Never offered to reschedule & when I asked when I can come in, Im told the end of the month. Seriously? Seems like they don’t know how to run a company! Don’t waste your money 💰

Bianca is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She took time to thoroughly explain my procedure and answer any questions I had during our consultation. Overall I was very pleased with my visit!
