We love Jessica Wagoner! She has been my dermatologist for 7 years now and she is fantastic. She is so sweet she puts you at ease as soon as she comes in the room. She has treated my teen daughter for a planters wart and now its completely gone. She can also help with dandruff and dry skin. She cares about every issue you bring to her. She is always on time, yesterday I was there for my yearly "mole patrol" and I arrived at 9:55 for my 10am appt. I was seeing Jessica by 10:15 and she found 3 suspicious moles first time in 7 years she removed them and I was checked out of the office at 10:30!! The office staff is efficient and very nice. The office is newly remodeled and very clean and sterile. I was also reading all the services they offer now like Platelet Rich Plasma Injections for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration and laser treatments. I would highly recommend Jessica you are in great hands with her.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Jessica Wagoner, MHS, PA-C, a highly skilled, knowledgeable dermatologist. As a man, I had little to no exposure to the world of dermatology, so I harbored apprehensions about where to begin. I was looking for a way to address some precancerous spots, skin discoloration, and “wisdom lines and wrinkles”. No worry, Jessica identified two procedures to allay my concerns about skin cancer risks and aging -- laser treatment (Fraxel), and FDA-approved (Sculptra). Having never experienced such, I was a bit worried but Jessica clearly explained how both methods will help create healthy skin (and a younger appearance to boot). I recommend Jessica for the confidence she instills, her obvious expertise, and comforting “bed-side” manner. I was a bit reluctant about possible discomfort until Jessica fully explained how we’d manage that. She sufficiently numbed my face, relaxed me, and smoothly carried out the laser treatment, all the while explaining what she was doing and why, with periodic pauses for my feedback while ensuring I was comfortable. Next, she artistically mapped out with a marker on my face where the Sculptra pin-prick injections would strategically be most effective in naturally stimulating my own body to produce collagen. Amazing medical technology applied by Jessica, a true artist with hands-on knowledge of the human anatomy. In a nutshell, Jessica is the consummate professional dermatologist – diagnostician, teacher, medical professional, and comforter – all wrapped into one. I certainly will not hesitate to return to Carolina Dermatology & Endoctrinology and Jessica in ~12-18 months for my next treatment.

I come from a family of dermatologists, and this is the best experience I’ve had at any dermatologist in the state. The PAs Jessica & Shannon are consummate professionals and I can’t recommend this practice more.

Had my first visit here. My visit was very pleasing. From the frost desk ladies being very polite, being called back quickly and the PA I saw was very thorough on checking everything, I was very pleased and will definitely be back for regular check ups. She even found places that I did not know were concerns. Very please and will be back! Highly recommend.
