I highly recommend Magnolia for urgent care, primary care, and aesthetics. I discovered them shortly after they opened and was impressed by how quickly I was seen. Scheduling appointments is easy, and the beautiful office creates a welcoming, high-end experience. Tonya is extremely smart, genuine, caring, and efficient, making every visit seamless. I love that my time is respected and that I can address all my concerns in one place and in a single visit. Truly an exceptional experience! (PS….No one does Botox better than Tonya)

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this provider. Over multiple visits, I encountered prescription errors that resulted in unnecessary emergency appointments and additional costs. Despite repeatedly requesting the correct dosage, I was given the wrong prescription multiple times, forcing me to pay out of pocket for visits that should have been unnecessary. Beyond the prescription issues, the level of unprofessionalism was astounding. When I raised valid concerns about my treatment and the impact of FDA rulings, I was met with dismissiveness, accusations, and outright gaslighting. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I was insulted and treated with complete disregard. I keep detailed notes and records of my medical interactions, and this was, by far, one of the worst experiences I have had with a healthcare provider. If you are looking for competent, respectful, and professional care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Do not go here to get your Botox, I spent over $400 for my gabella area, just to have even more wrinkles than before. I came in a little over 2 weeks before Christmas, got my Botox and left. At my 2 week mark I got sick with pneumonia and could barely walk let alone get out of the house for a follow up appt., still not even 100% over it. Then it was Christmas and new years, which I spent time out of town for the holidays. (The whole reason I got the Botox in the first place) My glabella has developed more wrinkles now than before my appointment. I was able to call and schedule a follow up appt, wasn’t easy but I got it. I had to call the day of and reschedule my appt, bc as a healthcare professional myself, I have a busy schedule and sometimes things come up for patients and the right thing to do is accommodate your patients, so I was not able to leave work as expected to get to my follow up appt. I realize this about 30 minutes before my appt and stepped out of the room with my patient to call their office and let them know what was going on and get my appt rescheduled. I was told because I could not make my appt that I had to pay them another $100 for cancelling the appt. The receptionist said , she was 100% sure the girl who scheduled this appointment told me this on the phone when the appt was made, which in fact was not told to me. Guess they mind read here too…wild. So they refused to see me for a FOLLOW UP appt with a practitioner whose work does not look good at all. Personally, I would want to fix the cosmetic issue on my patient as I would not want my patients telling others that was my work, maybe it’s just me though. Like I said, never cancelled my appointment, just needed to reschedule because I actually put my patients first. The receptionist said the policy was for all cancelled appts within 24 hours have to pay $100 cancelation fee, AGAIN never cancelled just needed to reschedule. This is not ok, I am a grown professional adult that understands how policies and procedures work but charging your patients $100 to cancel an appointment should speak volumes of the type of “professionals” running this office. Taking advantage of those that are sick or in need of a service and then not wanting to correct your work unless you get more money, is actually insane, you do realize I am a walking billboard for this office right? I’m having trouble understanding your concept here…I spent over $400 expecting the same results I’ve always had, the results are not what I wanted or paid for, so instead of doing the right thing (honestly the right thing for both parties here) you think the right thing to do is to charge your patient another $100 for something that’s not even right in the first place? Huh. I’ve been getting Botox for years and never once have I had this issue of it basically not working. DONT DO IT, here, at least, waste of money…unless you want spend $400 and 1 month (keep in mind it takes 2 weeks to settle) so essentially 2 weeks later you look like this for $400! Cute!

Tonya and the staff at Magnolia are 5-star providers by definition. They go above and beyond for every single patient and ensure everyone is pleased with the services and care that they receive. The facility is clean and inviting and you will make it a priority to return. From botox to weight loss, Tonya shows knowledge and confidence in results and they never disappoint. It is very important to me to recommend others to her for aesthetics and primary care because they will be in great hands under the care of her and her staff.

Great team!!! I am always seen on time when I arrive. Everyone is friendly and the whole office is immaculately clean. Tonya sits down to talk with me at every visit and takes the time to listen - she is fantastic! Highly recommend for all of your beauty and aesthetic needs.
