I had a wonderful session with Victoria for a hair appointment. We chatted about conditioning and hair maintenance so thank you for the 101! She turned my flat strands into beautiful full curls. I got so many compliments from strangers and fellow guests at my friend’s wedding. I would recommend her work to anyone looking for a fresh style or coloring.

I went into the store on December 23 at 7:15 pm and the sales associate were just standing around gossiping about someone not being of any assistance . I had to actually say something to get help. The manager Melanie is not friendly at all . I’m not sure why she even works in the public. They refused to fill my pick up order that I made at 6 pm although the store closed at 10 pm. Told me there was a cutoff time that wasn’t mentioned when I placed my order online . I ordered 1 cologne. It seems like these people were just done working for the night. The manager said they couldn’t cancel my order either until the next morning . That’s strange because when I called guest services, the order was canceled. I am still awaiting a call back to make a complaint about the way I was treated and the unprofessionalism of the staff. It shouldn’t take this long for a call back either . I’m done with Ulta . Ulta cares about taking your money and not about a good customer experience.

I went to the store 2/5/25 at 12pm As I was walking in to the store no one greeted me I had to find someone to ask a question. Then when she told me they didn’t carry what I was looking for she walked off. Didn’t ask me if I needed help with anything. Didn’t offer to find me something similar. I walked around the store for 10 minutes waiting to see if someone would help me and nothing so I left and will not be coming back.

I got my hair done by Victoria on my Birthday and she literally saved my life!!! We had such a good time and I was getting compliments left and right walking out the building!!! Definitely an amazing way to start my Birthday morning!! Thank you Victoria!!! ~J

Aaliyah was very sweet and helpful this evening.. However the other young lady was unwelcoming, dismissive, and seemed as though she didn't want to help me at all..Second time in this store and it's always only one person who appears to be helpful and the others are standoffish.
